Cheffe/Chef de rayon Do It (f/h/d)

Responsabilités

• Manage and organize the Do It sector focusing on customer satisfaction and merchandise availability
• Plan and execute promotional activities
• Advise customers, make the store attractive, and manage the assortment
• Manage orders and handle after-sales service including requests and complaints
• Lead a team of 7 to 8 people, guide them, set clear objectives, and foster a respectful and pleasant work environment
• Analyze key figures and take necessary measures for optimal resource planning while respecting the budget
• Promote and develop the skills of employees to create conditions for their fulfillment

Profil recherché

• Ideally hold a CFC in retail management in the Do It sector with confirmed experience in a similar role
• Have previously led a team and know how to unite it around objectives with listening and leadership skills
• Have a good sense of organization, be effective on the ground, appreciate customer interaction, and strive to satisfy them daily
• Be in good physical shape, have great work capacity, and have no problem with manual handling
• Be sufficiently available to meet customer hours and seek a varied and responsible position
• Express yourself perfectly in French and have good knowledge of German
