Operator Reagents Operations

Elan AG is hiring an Operator Reagents Operations for Roche Diagnostics S&C Operations in Rotkreuz. The role involves producing cartridges and buffer solutions in a 2-shift system, requiring vocational training and German B2.

This position supports the production team at Roche Diagnostics Sensor & Cartridge Operations in Rotkreuz, which manufactures up to 80,000 cartridges annually using various buffer and calibration solutions. The team consists of approximately 25 members, including shift supervisors and team leaders.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and assist production systems independently
• Assemble cobas b123 fluid pack cartridges and other components with high quality and timeliness
• Work according to a 2-shift schedule
• Assist with cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks
• Ensure all activities comply with GMP, quality, hygiene, and occupational safety standards
• Support inventory management, scrapping, bookings, and goods receipt inspections
• Take on additional tasks assigned by shift supervisors and team leaders
• Continuously optimize workflows to enhance quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Completed vocational training
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• German language proficiency at least B2 level
• Quick comprehension and a reliable, precise work ethic
• Motivated, upbeat, and service-oriented personality
• Communicative, open, team player with strong implementation skills
• Interest in the full production chain from start to finish
