Liebherr seeks an Operator Trainer in Nussbaumen to conduct on-site training, advise clients on machine usage, and ensure safety standards for heavy equipment.
This position serves as an independent role within an internationally successful group of companies. The primary focus is on delivering high-quality training and technical support to customers and dealers regarding Liebherr machinery.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and lead training sessions for customers and operators directly at job sites.
- Advise machine operators and management teams on the most effective use of equipment, tools, and workflows.
- Promote safety protocols and best practices that align with both company policies and client needs.
- Evaluate operator competencies and suggest relevant development programs.
- Help clients enhance their operational efficiency, maintenance routines, and overall machine performance.
- Provide technical guidance to dealers and end-users on proper machine operation and application.
- Create and update training resources, reports, and evaluation documents.
- Collaborate with internal departments and manufacturing facilities to share information.
- Assist with dealer evaluations, quality checks, and Customer Service Management initiatives.
- Handle administrative duties and work from a home office when permitted by company guidelines.
Requirements
- A completed technical degree in mechanics, hydraulics, electromechanics, or a similar discipline.
- Several years of practical experience operating heavy-duty, mining, or earthmoving equipment.
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and instructional abilities, with a professional demeanor toward clients and partners.
- Fluent written and spoken English skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently, flexibility, and the capacity to work autonomously with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
