The Outpatient Lead is responsible for shaping and expanding the company’s outpatient care strategy across multiple countries. This international, cross-functional role drives the transition of suitable medical procedures and patient pathways to outpatient settings, working closely with country organizations to define and scale effective models.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the outpatient care value proposition and adaptable clinical and operational models for global use
  • Convert strategic goals into practical implementation guides, including model selection, prerequisites, steps, and success metrics
  • Collect insights from country operations to continuously enhance models, tools, and templates
  • Assess and quantify outpatient opportunities across countries and key medical procedures
  • Manage a standardized process for evaluating and prioritizing opportunities across countries, sites, and partnership goals
  • Maintain a clear overview of the opportunity pipeline, including value, effort, and timing, to support strategic investment decisions
  • Coordinate with country teams and cross-functional partners on opportunity assessments, data needs, and next steps
  • Collaborate with country leaders to choose target sites and co-design patient pathway changes, supporting expansion across accounts
  • Establish measurable outcomes and build practical economic cases to guide implementation and show impact
  • Produce evidence-based materials and case studies to strengthen credibility and support wider adoption
  • Package the outpatient offering and equip countries with tools, messaging, and coaching to promote adoption and pipeline growth

Requirements

  • Combines clinical expertise with practical operational insight to align stakeholders and advance care delivery changes
  • Demonstrates strong stakeholder engagement, commercial understanding, and project management skills
  • Creates compelling economic arguments around capacity, productivity, and cost to engage hospital leaders and support commercial goals
  • Leads through influence, coordinating cross-functional efforts across regions without direct authority
  • Balances global standardization with local flexibility, capturing best practices while allowing country-specific execution
  • Operates with a strong compliance focus, ensuring all solutions, data use, and claims meet legal and regulatory standards
