AurigaVision AG seeks a mid-level Packaging Development Specialist in Zug for a hybrid, part-time role focused on pharmaceutical packaging optimization and sustainability.
This position is dedicated to creating and refining packaging systems for pharmaceutical goods, with a strong emphasis on advancing sustainable practices within the packaging lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve primary and secondary packaging for medicinal products.
- Perform compatibility and stability assessments following ICH standards.
- Lead efforts to enhance packaging sustainability through recyclable materials and waste reduction.
- Oversee artwork creation and liaise with printing vendors.
- Guarantee adherence to serialization, tamper-evident features, and labeling regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher in Packaging Engineering, Material Science, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Three to five years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical packaging development.
- Familiarity with packaging materials such as glass, polymers, and aluminum, as well as container-closure systems.
- Solid grasp of ICH Q1 stability guidelines and extractables/leachables testing protocols.

- Prior work with sustainable packaging solutions.
