SwissBorg is seeking a Paralegal Intern in Lausanne to support its Legal and HR teams with administrative tasks, contract management, and compliance documentation within a regulated crypto environment.
This internship provides direct assistance to the Legal department of a MiCA-regulated cryptocurrency business. The position is based onsite in Lausanne, requiring the intern to be located in or near the city to facilitate daily collaboration with the team.
Responsibilities
- Delivering general administrative assistance to both the Legal and Human Resources departments.
- Overseeing portions of the contract lifecycle, which includes logging requests, drafting documents, monitoring status updates, and maintaining personnel records.
- Managing communication and document submissions with external regulatory authorities.
- Assisting in the processing of user succession cases.
- Helping complete due diligence questionnaires from partners during the onboarding process.
- Securing official and certified personal and corporate documents, while coordinating with notaries and the chancellerie for legalizations.
- Coordinating wet-ink signature sessions and managing both digital and physical document filing systems.
- Completing various other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
- Residing in or near Lausanne.
- Availability to work from the office a minimum of three days per week.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Either a solid grasp of legal fundamentals while nearing the completion of studies, or substantial prior administrative experience.

- Previous background as a paralegal or familiarity with the Swiss legal framework.
