Pension Broker

Aon Switzerland seeks a commercially minded Pension Broker in Zurich to advise corporate clients on occupational pension schemes and drive business growth through hybrid work.

The company is expanding its Pension Brokerage Team in Zurich with a focus on a commercially driven professional who prioritizes client relationships. This position exists to provide expert guidance on occupational pensions, ensuring that corporate clients receive tailored strategies that align with their broader business goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a reliable advisor for domestic and global corporate clients, offering comprehensive consulting and continuous support regarding occupational pension matters.
• Determine client requirements, design customized pension strategies, and implement solutions that support specific business objectives.
• Manage market reviews, tender processes, and benchmarking activities to guarantee that pension arrangements remain competitive and optimized.
• Help grow existing client accounts and assist in acquiring new business by working closely with Client Relationship Leads and the global Aon network.
• Participate in internal projects and cross-functional initiatives designed to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and commercial results.

Requirements

• A solid educational background in occupational pension schemes, accompanied by deep knowledge of Swiss social security laws.
• Several years of experience advising corporate clients on occupational pensions, preferably within a consulting or brokerage setting.
• A strong client-focused attitude, with the ability to build trust, influence key decision-makers, and foster long-term partnerships.
• An entrepreneurial mindset characterized by a proactive, solution-oriented, and structured work style.
• A positive, flexible, and engaged personality that demonstrates a high degree of personal ownership.
• Fluency in both German and English, at a very good level for written and spoken communication.

• Proficiency in French.
