Anforderungen
Has completed further training as a forewoman (Vorarbeiterin) or master craftsman (Polierin) or has many years of experience in the main construction trade.
Has initial leadership experience or wants to take responsibility for a team, coordinates workflows, and motivates employees.
Is communicative, team-oriented, and resilient to ensure cooperation, safety, and quality on the construction site.

Knowledge of additional languages besides German is a big plus.
