Product Owner Security (w/m)

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the security product backlog and roadmap
• Translate security and compliance requirements into clear, actionable implementation plans
• Own the project management of all security-related initiatives and coordinate delivery across teams
• Work closely with security engineers, architects and development teams to deliver solutions
• Define and track the security solution architecture together with our partners
• Balance risk, business value and delivery to maximize impact
• Act as the central point of contact between stakeholders and the security team
• Ensure security solutions meet the regulatory requirements of the healthcare industry

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Security Architect or in a similar role
• Solid understanding of information security concepts and best practices
• Experience in project management of security initiatives
• Ability to translate business and compliance needs into technical requirements
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and backlog management
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Knowledge of security architecture (WAF, IDP, IAM/AD, Kubernetes security)
• German and French are a plus
