Production Consultant Clothing Women (d/f/m)

Strellson AG seeks a Production Consultant for Women’s Clothing in Kreuzlingen, CH. The mid-level, full-time hybrid role focuses on production approval, quality assurance, and overseeing manufacturing processes within the Woven segment.

This position is part of the supply chain team and supports the Women’s Clothing division by ensuring timely, high-quality production. The consultant oversees product development from fitting to delivery, working closely with manufacturers and internal departments to maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead production fittings for different product groups in the Woven segment
• Check that production meets quality and sustainability requirements
• Guide manufacturers throughout the production lifecycle
• Manage products from SMS fitting to delivery at distribution centers
• Coordinate collection meetings to ensure smooth production start-ups
• Visit production and development sites regularly
• Offer technical input on manufacturing to internal and external teams
• Join cross-departmental projects with Logistics, Procurement, and Brand Management
• Work with external quality inspectors, processors, and goods-in teams to uphold quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in clothing technology or management, or equivalent training
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical product development in apparel
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong IT skills, especially in MS Office and Excel, with SAP 4H preferred
• Clear communication, reliability, and analytical thinking
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven work style
• Team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
