Responsibilities
- Create and implement comprehensive validation plans for apparel and accessory lines.
- Organize and run qualitative and quantitative studies, such as wearer trials, focus groups, and field tests.
- Oversee physical testing to evaluate durability, comfort, fit, and overall performance.
- Convert complex data and user feedback into practical advice for design, materials, and strategy teams.
- Collaborate with internal partners to shape product decisions at every development stage.
- Set up efficient workflows, timelines, and reporting standards for testing activities.

Requirements
- At least four years of experience in product testing, consumer research, textile engineering, biomechanics, or a related field.
- Hands-on background in methodologies like wear testing, consumer interviews, and product validation.
- Deep knowledge of physical product development and how user insights drive design choices.
- A structured, evidence-based approach to conducting research.
- Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of projects.
- Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
- Solid analytical skills to turn data into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
