This position supports the development of an e-banking solution for a financial services client. The professional will lead all testing phases, from planning to execution, ensuring that functional and non-functional needs align with strict regulatory and security benchmarks.
Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee the testing framework and overall strategy.
- Determine testing levels, approaches, and methodologies.
- Direct internal and external testing teams.
- Guarantee comprehensive coverage for technical, functional, and security aspects.
- Organize and supervise integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Deliver regular updates on quality, progress, and risks to management.
- Partner with development, business, architecture, and security groups.
- Participate actively in agile workflows like Scrum or Kanban.
Requirements
- Over five years managing tests for complex IT systems.
- Deep understanding of QA frameworks, processes, and testing methods.
- Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with modern software structures including APIs, backend, and frontend.
- Background in quality and risk management.
- Fluent German (B2+) for daily communication and documentation.
- Business-level English for international collaboration and tool usage.
