• Collaborate with security, IT, and business teams to define roles, access policies, and review/certification processes.
• Lead key security and network users to align field practices with group-level governance.
• Manage an ambitious transformation plan for adoption, training, and communication to support impacted teams.

• Understanding of IGA dynamics, how they work, and the importance of role and access management.
