Richemont seeks a Senior Public Relations Project Manager in Plan-les-Ouates to lead international celebrity and influencer strategies, ensuring maximum brand exposure and effective campaign execution.

This position is central to shaping and executing the Maison’s global strategy for press, celebrities, and influencers. The role aims to drive significant brand visibility across both digital and traditional channels while managing high-profile relationships and complex projects.

Responsibilities

  • Help design and roll out the global strategy for celebrity and influencer engagement.
  • Collaborate with local subsidiaries to align and support regional communication efforts.
  • Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with talent and digital influencers.
  • Direct the full lifecycle of PR campaigns, from initial planning through execution and performance monitoring.
  • Supervise the production and distribution of content created by talent and influencers.
  • Handle logistical arrangements for celebrity and influencer participation in corporate events.
  • Evaluate campaign success using key metrics and compile comprehensive post-campaign analysis reports.
  • Identify potential communication risks and develop strategies to safeguard the brand’s reputation.
  • Oversee project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and deliverables with talent, influencers, and their agencies.
  • Ensure all influencer and talent activities adhere to advertising standards, disclosure rules, and internal guidelines.

Requirements

  • At least five years of public relations experience within the luxury sector.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in working across multiple departments and functions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with robust analytical and reporting capabilities focused on ROI.
  • Knowledge of PR legalities to collaborate with the legal team on endorsement agreements.
  • Deep understanding of the current social media and media environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
  • Fluent command of the English language.
