Quality Inspector

The company seeks a Quality Inspector in Männedorf for full-time, on-site work. The role focuses on final inspections, release testing, and documentation verification to ensure product compliance before shipment.

This position is responsible for conducting final inspections and release testing on devices, options, and spare parts. The role also involves verifying the completeness and accuracy of accompanying documentation to ensure only compliant products are approved for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct final inspections and release testing for devices, options, and spare parts.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of accompanying documentation.
• Ensure only compliant products are approved for shipment.
• Review Device History Records (DHRs) to ensure compliance with company quality requirements.
• Archive inspection reports and DHR documentation in accordance with established procedures.
• Identify, document, and escalate non-conformities.
• Block and manage non-conforming products until corrective actions are completed.
• Support continuous improvement by systematically capturing quality issues and initiating appropriate corrective measures.

Requirements

• Technical vocational education or equivalent technical training.
• Previous professional experience in a technical environment.
• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Inspection activities.
• Fluent German language skills.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret technical documentation.
