Release Data & Analytics Deploy

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager for Release Data & Analytics Deploy in Zug, CH, leading SAP S/4HANA data migration and governance within a global transformation initiative.

This position supports the IM Transcend global business transformation initiative, which aims to modernize Supply Chain digital capabilities through SAP S/4HANA. The role is responsible for driving end-to-end deployment activities related to data, master data governance, migration, quality, and analytics during specific release waves, ensuring alignment with global standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of master data and analytics deployment for assigned releases, including preparation, testing, migration, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Create and maintain comprehensive deployment plans, playbooks, checkpoints, and readiness metrics for each release.
• Collaborate with Data Stewards, MDG teams, migration specialists, and functional leads to ensure data readiness across all objects.
• Ensure compliance with global standards, templates, and regulatory requirements throughout the deployment process.
• Lead mock load cycles, data validation checks, reconciliation activities, and readiness sign-offs.
• Coordinate test data readiness and validation for SIT, BST, UAT, PQ, and performance testing phases.
• Manage release-level deployment risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Validate and prepare MDG workflows, data models, business rules, and governance requirements for activation.
• Work with regional deployment teams to ensure markets meet data readiness expectations.
• Drive release-level reporting readiness, including dashboards, KPIs, datasets, and analytics validation.
• Lead cutover execution for data migration and ensure a controlled, compliant go-live.
• Support hypercare resolution and stabilization of data issues post-go-live.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Data Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in SAP data migration, MDG, data governance, or analytics deployment.
• Hands-on experience supporting at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA or ECC deployment.
• Strong understanding of SAP master data across MM, SD, FI/CO, BP, and related modules.
• Knowledge of GxP, SOX, CSV, audit, GDPR, and data integrity standards.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments.

• Experience working in global pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated environments.
