This position is dedicated to advancing safety and efficiency within daily operations. The role requires a proactive approach to creating safer work environments and streamlining processes, while actively fostering a strong safety culture across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies that improve both safety standards and operational efficiency.
- Take initiative to reduce workplace hazards and optimize workflows for better performance.
- Organize training sessions and guide teams to fully understand and apply safety protocols.
- Spot potential risks and improvement opportunities on the floor, working with staff to create practical fixes.
- Drive the overall safety culture, including managing accident investigations, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
Requirements
- Hold a technical degree complemented by specialized training in safety technology or occupational health.
- Possess multiple years of hands-on experience as a safety officer within an industrial setting.
- Demonstrate solid understanding and enthusiasm for Lean Management concepts and standard tools.
- Exhibit a practical, hands-on attitude with strong communication abilities, assertiveness, and sound judgment.
- Work well within a team, showing leadership potential, foresight, and professional discretion.
- Be eager to continue learning and comfortable using MS-Office and safety management software.
- Maintain English proficiency at a B1-B2 level.
