This position places the candidate within the Swatch Retail team at Geneva Airport, Switzerland. The primary purpose is to drive sales for the Swatch brand while ensuring a high-quality shopping experience for visitors.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice and complete sales for items such as Swatch watches, jewelry, sunglasses, and Flik Flak products.
- Deliver high-standard customer reception and service while maintaining attractive product displays.
- Handle cash register operations and perform related accounting tasks.
- Carry out minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing watch batteries and straps.
- Keep the store, windows, furniture, and display tables clean and visually appealing.
- Manage incoming shipments by receiving, unpacking, and packaging deliveries.
Requirements
- Formal training in the retail sector.
- Prior experience in sales, with a preference for candidates who have worked in watchmaking or lifestyle industries.
- Availability to work weekends, as the location operates seven days a week.
