This position serves as the primary representative for the High Jewelry Maison in Geneva, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences while promoting the brand's heritage and craftsmanship to both local and international audiences.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Represent the brand's image and values in all internal and external interactions.
- Utilize strong commercial instincts to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Create memorable and personalized experiences for existing loyal customers.
- Communicate the elegance, innovation, and artistic inspiration behind the Maison's collections.
Requirements
