The company is seeking an Assistant Boutique Director for its Geneva flagship to support daily operations, stock management, and client experience as part of the Universal Genève revival.
This position supports the Boutique Director in overseeing daily operations, stock management, and floor orchestration. The role aims to establish a strong global foundation for Universal Genève in Geneva by building a seamless client journey.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily boutique floor operations, including staff scheduling and zoning.
- Provide hands-on leadership on the sales floor and guide Client Advisors through complex client requests.
- Review daily CRM entries and operational KPIs to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Take charge of service recovery and address client concerns promptly.
- Manage team schedules, administrative duties, and daily operational compliance.
- Support the Boutique Director during morning briefings.
- Handle vault access, conduct daily cycle counts, and enforce physical security protocols.
- Supervise the full lifecycle of stock logistics, including secure shipments and boutique transfers.
- Ensure impeccable Visual Merchandising execution and oversee precise inventory management.
- Coordinate the after-sales process and assist the Boutique Director in reviewing performance metrics to set clear targets.
- Act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the Boutique Director.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of management experience in a luxury retail setting.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in analyzing retail metrics and using CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- A strong passion for fine watchmaking.
- Fluency in both French and English.
