Boutique Director

Roger Dubuis seeks a Senior Boutique Director in Geneva to lead strategic growth, operational excellence, and client relations for its flagship location.

The company is looking for a Flagship Boutique Director based in Geneva to oversee strategic development and ensure operational excellence. This position focuses on defining and executing sales strategies that drive long-term growth and meet commercial goals.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a long-term business plan for the Geneva Flagship store.
• Identify market opportunities, analyze performance trends, and manage budgets to reach sales and profitability targets.
• Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and develop bespoke clienteling strategies.
• Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience while acting as a primary brand ambassador.
• Develop a high-performing, client-centric team through coaching and mentoring.
• Ensure flawless boutique operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in luxury retail management, including at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving significant sales growth in high-value segments.
• Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen and ability to analyze retail performance.
• Humble, emotionally intelligent leader with ability to inspire and develop high performing teams.
• Strong clienteling expertise and deep understanding of UHNW/HNW client expectations.
• Fluency in English and French required.
• Profound knowledge of the luxury watch industry and Vacheron Constantin's heritage.
