Boutique Director

The company seeks a Senior Boutique Director for its Geneva flagship to lead strategic development, drive sales growth, and ensure operational excellence while managing high-net-worth client relationships and a high-performing team.

This senior leadership position oversees the strategic direction and daily operations of the Geneva flagship boutique. The role focuses on defining and executing sales strategies to achieve commercial goals, enhance brand visibility, and foster long-term growth within the luxury watch sector.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a long-term business plan to drive strategic growth for the Geneva location.
• Analyze market trends and performance data to identify new opportunities and lead brand activations.
• Manage financial budgets to meet sales and profitability targets.
• Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients through personalized clienteling strategies.
• Deliver exceptional, tailored client experiences while serving as a key brand representative.
• Coach and mentor staff to build a high-performing, client-focused team.
• Maintain strict operational standards, including visual merchandising, inventory control, security, and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in luxury retail management, including at least 10 years in senior leadership roles at flagship or high-value boutiques.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with a results-oriented approach to analyzing retail performance.
• Emotionally intelligent leadership style capable of inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
• Expertise in clienteling and a deep understanding of the expectations of ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth individuals.
• Fluency in English and French, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Deep passion for luxury craftsmanship, client service, and the Vacheron Constantin heritage and product collections.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
