Roger Dubuis seeks a Sales Associate in Geneva to represent the brand in its boutique, fostering client relationships and delivering a premium luxury experience.

As a Sales Associate within the Geneva boutique, you will serve as the primary representative of the Maison. Your main objective is to cultivate lasting connections with clients while embodying the brand's values of elegance and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and enhance the Maison's reputation through internal and external engagement.
• Utilize strong commercial instincts to identify, recruit, and grow the client base.
• Provide exclusive and memorable experiences for existing loyal customers.
• Communicate the sophistication, creativity, and artistic spirit behind the brand's timepieces.

Requirements

• Exhibit dynamism, adaptability, strong communication skills, and active listening abilities.
• Hold a genuine passion for jewelry, the brand's universe, and artisanal craftsmanship.
• Feel at ease in a boutique setting, interacting with both local and international clientele.
• Possess fluent proficiency in both French and English.
• Have prior experience in sales, preferably within the luxury sector.

• Ability to speak Russian.
