The company seeks a Boutique Concierge for its Geneva flagship boutique to shape and deliver a premium client experience for the Universal Genève watchmaking Maison.
This position sits within the Geneva flagship boutique and plays a key part in defining a fresh approach to luxury hospitality. The role is responsible for building the client journey from the ground up, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's heritage and elegance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire client journey, both during preparation and while the client is present.
- Collaborate with Client Advisors and boutique leadership to maintain a smooth and polished experience.
- Enhance all in-store visits and private meetings.
- Organize and carry out client ceremonies, such as boutique pickups.
- Coordinate simple hospitality rituals like serving coffee, champagne, or refreshments.
- Guarantee that branded packaging and presentation adhere to top-tier standards.
- Take full responsibility for appointment readiness, ensuring all details are in place.
- Facilitate client visits by managing flow, timing, and comfort.
- Execute high-touch delivery experiences, including private handovers and boutique pickups.
- Support virtual reveal experiences by booking and coordinating slots.
- Manage boutique communications, including calls, emails, and requests from the central concierge team.
- Assist clients with lifestyle and logistical arrangements to improve their overall experience.
Requirements
- Experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or high-end client experience roles.
- Education from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
- Around five years of relevant experience in a premium environment.
- Native proficiency in English and French.
- A strong sense of hospitality, anticipation, and discretion.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Comfortable managing both front-of-house and behind-the-scenes responsibilities.
