Boutique Service Watchmaker

Roger Dubuis seeks a Boutique Service Watchmaker for its new Geneva flagship boutique opening in 2027, reporting to Richemont Regional Customer Service.

This position supports the launch of a new flagship boutique in Geneva by providing high-level watch servicing and repair. The watchmaker will operate under the supervision of Richemont Regional Customer Service, ensuring that all timepieces meet the brand's rigorous technical and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute full watch services, including disassembly, assembly, and regulation of movements, in strict accordance with brand technical guidelines.
• Perform authorized overhauls and repairs on standard calibers.
• Conduct independent error analysis and troubleshooting to diagnose issues accurately.
• Handle watch case polishing, including tasks requiring laser welding.
• Provide clear and immediate service diagnoses and explanations to boutique staff.
• Manage on-site exchanges of straps, bracelets, and buckles.
• Maintain the boutique workshop in compliance with health and safety regulations and audit requirements.
• Oversee workshop tools and spare parts inventory in line with brand and Group protocols.
• Record accurate customer service data in SAP and internal manufacturing systems.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training with above-average technical skills in the production, assembly, and regulation of mechanical watches.
• Fluent command of English.
• Proven ability to learn and operate systems such as SAP or ERP platforms with accuracy and efficiency.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in case refurbishment or polishing.
• Fluency in French.
