Aufgaben

• Comprehensive sales and product consulting in the orthopedics / shoulder prosthesis clinic area.
• Systematic planning and organization of own field sales activities.
• Building long-term customer relationships with doctors, OR staff, buyers, and other decision-makers.
• Strengthening existing product lines and introducing product innovations.
• Organizing and conducting training events (workshops, customer training) for medical and scientific personnel.
• Responsible for achieving general and specific sales targets regarding market penetration and revenue.
• Developing and implementing sales and action plans in the assigned area of responsibility in collaboration with the sales manager.
• Representing the business unit at congresses.

Anforderungen

• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical devices sector.
• Strong sales personality with high execution quality and convincing, professional appearance.
• Excellent negotiation skills and confidence in closing deals.
• High goal orientation, self-motivation, and willingness to perform.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• High flexibility and willingness to travel in the region.
• German and English, fluent.
• Solid MS Office knowledge.
