SAP FI/CO Application Manager / SAP S/4HANA (m/f)

BROMsolutions AG seeks a Senior SAP FI/CO Application Manager to lead strategic SAP initiatives, manage IT architecture, and support global operations in an on-site role in Biel.

This senior position plays a pivotal role in the company’s corporate transformation, aligning SAP strategy with broader business goals. The successful candidate will drive process innovation, oversee the IT landscape, and facilitate international career growth within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize end-to-end business processes, technology, and SAP strategy to support strategic business objectives.
• Drive business process innovation by leveraging SAP solutions.
• Oversee and manage the overall IT architecture landscape.
• Establish and enforce SAP-related governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with the data center to ensure smooth technical SAP operations.
• Act as a service desk for worldwide operations, providing incident and change management support to key and end users.
• Lead or contribute to various SAP projects.

Requirements

• A degree in business informatics, specialized training in financial accounting, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience as an SAP specialist in finance, preferably within the manufacturing sector and with exposure to SAP S/4HANA in project or support settings.
• Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO modules, with familiarity in the legal requirements of multiple countries being beneficial.
• Strong understanding of industrial processes to implement cross-module optimizations.
• High service orientation and experience in coordinating or managing external service providers.
• Fluency in English at a very good level.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SAP BTP is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of German is considered an advantage.
