Responsibilities
- Serve guests in hotel restaurants and cafés
- Deliver high-quality customer service
- Greet guests and handle check-ins and check-outs
- Answer guest inquiries and manage reservations
- Assist chefs with food preparation tasks
- Keep kitchen areas clean and organized
- Clean guest rooms and hotel facilities
- Support operations across departments including restaurant, reception, and housekeeping
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned work areas
- Contribute to daily hotel operations
- Work effectively with team members
- Adjust to changing duties and hotel needs
- Adhere to Swiss safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Hold an EU or EFTA passport (no visa required)
- Be available to relocate within 2–4 weeks
- Have an interest in hospitality or tourism work
