Security Analyst

Zühlke Group seeks a Mid-level Security Analyst in Schlieren, CH, for a hybrid full-time role focused on incident response, threat hunting, and client security improvements.

This operational position requires a professional who will work directly with clients to detect, investigate, and resolve security threats. The role emphasizes proactive monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and strengthening overall security defenses.

Responsibilities

• Detect and investigate security incidents, including phishing and malware.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting and vulnerability assessments.
• Recommend and implement improvements to security defenses.
• Enhance detection capabilities to better identify threats.
• Support clients in improving their overall security posture.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuous coverage.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Security Analyst or in related fields like Security Engineering or Penetration Testing.
• A completed university degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical expertise in threat hunting, vulnerability management, cyber security architecture, and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, cloud security, IAM, Zero Trust architectures, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Business-fluent German.
• Proficient command of English.
