SCRT seeks a Senior Security Manager to lead security operations, advise clients on posture improvement, and manage threat exposure cycles in a collaborative, on-site role in Switzerland.
The company is building a new Security Manager team and invites a candidate to help define its working methods and culture. In this position, you will act as the primary technical and operational partner for clients, ensuring the delivery of Managed Security Services (MSS) while serving as a trusted advisor who owns security outcomes and drives continuous improvement in customer security postures.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main technical contact for clients, handling architectural discussions and executive briefings.
- Manage the Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) lifecycle and lead programs focused on exposure and posture management.
- Organize blue and purple team exercises, including Breach Attack Simulations (BAS), to find and fix security gaps.
- Create and present actionable reports, such as recurring CTEM updates, posture roadmaps, and strategic business summaries.
- Lead initiatives to tune security tools and automate processes to boost efficiency and reduce delivery costs.
- Keep up-to-date with security product roadmaps to advise clients on new features and capabilities.
- Monitor internal Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) reports and research emerging threats to stay ahead of risks.
- Assist in gathering evidence and preparing documentation for customer audits and certification processes.
Requirements
- Proven technical expertise with a proactive approach to improving security postures.
- Deep understanding of core networking concepts, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, load balancers, and proxies.
- Familiarity with security frameworks like MITRE, NIST, CIS, or ISO 27001.
- Hands-on experience managing security events and incident response cases.
- Strong proficiency with SIEM, SOAR, and XDR security tools.
- Experience creating indicators and detection rules within SIEM and XDR environments.
- Background in vulnerability management, exposure management, and security risk assessments.
- Experience participating in red or blue team exercises to test attack paths, validate defenses, and enhance monitoring.
- Ability to write and execute incident response procedures and security playbooks.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to both technical teams and C-level executives.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to lead through influence and collaboration across teams.

- Experience working with Zero Trust Security platforms.
