This position sits within the Business Consulting division and focuses on driving strategic transformation across the Financial Services sector. The role involves assisting banking, insurance, and asset management clients in adapting to new regulations and enhancing their operational and technological frameworks. It is designed for graduates or professionals with up to five years of experience in consulting, project management, or financial services who wish to contribute to meaningful industry changes.
Responsibilities
- Lead or assist in transformation initiatives concerning regulatory shifts, operational enhancements, or compliance for financial institutions operating locally and globally within Switzerland.
- Convert regulatory mandates into actionable business and technology solutions.
- Evaluate organizational structures, workflows, and data to pinpoint optimization opportunities that support a sustainable, compliant operating model.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in compliance, risk, finance, and IT to collect and document business requirements.
- Participate in designing and rolling out target operating models alongside process enhancements.
- Utilize firm-specific methodologies and tools to guarantee efficient project execution.
- Deliver findings and recommendations to client stakeholders clearly and structurally.
- Assist in business development efforts, including drafting proposals and delivering client presentations.
Requirements
- A university degree or diploma in business administration, IT, economics, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience or a strong interest in consulting, financial services, regulatory frameworks, or project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to thrive in multidisciplinary teams.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
