Responsibilities
- Orchestrate group-wide planning cycles, covering budgeting, forecasting, and target setting.
- Present periodic financial reports to the board and executive team, converting data into clear business insights.
- Provide end-to-end visibility of financial performance, highlighting key value drivers across the income statement.
- Oversee cost management for central functions including IT, HR, Finance, Sales, and R&D.
- Manage profitability frameworks, ensuring accurate allocation logic and margin transparency.
- Define and govern pricing structures, costing methodologies, and commercial finance practices.
- Track the performance and financial impact of strategic and operational initiatives.
- Maintain and align transfer pricing frameworks across the organization.
- Lead the enterprise risk management process and ensure structured reporting to governance bodies.
- Enhance reporting capabilities through digital tools and analytics platforms such as BI solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across finance, commercial, and operational leadership.
Requirements
- Academic background in finance, economics, or a related discipline.
- Several years of relevant experience in financial planning, controlling, or commercial finance within an international environment.
- Proven track record in managing financial performance and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in forecasting, financial modelling, and data-driven analysis.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and analytics tools (e.g., SAP environment, BI platforms, planning solutions).
- Professional fluency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively.
- Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for senior audiences.
