This senior position provides significant visibility within the organization, allowing the incumbent to directly influence strategic choices and gain broad exposure across international finance operations. Responsibilities

• Orchestrate group-wide planning cycles, covering budgeting, forecasting, and target setting.
• Present periodic financial reports to the board and executive team, converting data into clear business insights.
• Provide end-to-end visibility of financial performance, highlighting key value drivers across the income statement.
• Oversee cost management for central functions including IT, HR, Finance, Sales, and R&D.
• Manage profitability frameworks, ensuring accurate allocation logic and margin transparency.
• Define and govern pricing structures, costing methodologies, and commercial finance practices.
• Track the performance and financial impact of strategic and operational initiatives.
• Maintain and align transfer pricing frameworks across the organization.
• Lead the enterprise risk management process and ensure structured reporting to governance bodies.
• Enhance reporting capabilities through digital tools and analytics platforms such as BI solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across finance, commercial, and operational leadership.

Requirements

• Academic background in finance, economics, or a related discipline.
• Several years of relevant experience in financial planning, controlling, or commercial finance within an international environment.
• Proven track record in managing financial performance and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in forecasting, financial modelling, and data-driven analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and analytics tools (e.g., SAP environment, BI platforms, planning solutions).
• Professional fluency in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for senior audiences.
