Syneos Health Switzerland GmbH seeks a Senior Medical Scientist in Morges to analyze clinical data and manage medical information for pharmaceutical products, with a hybrid work model.
The company is looking for a key medical expert to ensure the accurate and balanced communication of medical information, thereby supporting the safe and appropriate use of its pharmaceutical products. This position requires close collaboration with internal departments as well as external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed analysis of clinical, pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and safety data.
- Lead and assist in addressing medical information inquiries from healthcare stakeholders.
- Create, review, and update core medical information materials, such as response letters, FAQs, and scientific slides, for international regions.
- Work cross-functionally and contribute to reporting and performance tracking via dashboards.
Requirements
- Hold an advanced degree such as an MD, PhD, or PharmD.
- Demonstrate strong experience in medical literature research and data interpretation.
- Possess knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations related to medical information.
- Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency with literature databases.
- PowerPoint skills preferred.
