Senior Operator/Biotechnologist Ibex® m/f/d

The company seeks a Senior Operator/Biotechnologist for its Ibex® Complex in Visp, Switzerland. The position involves production operations, quality compliance, and team support within a modular biological manufacturing environment.

This position is embedded within the Ibex® Complex, a modular facility designed for the development and manufacturing of biological products. The role contributes to the expansion of multiple business units at the Visp site.

Responsibilities

• Perform various production tasks while adhering to safety protocols and cGMP quality standards.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve process deviations.
• Carry out manufacturing steps, including necessary documentation and calculations.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members.

Requirements

• Degree in chemistry or biopharmaceuticals.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical production, such as an operator or technician role.
• Commitment to safety-conscious practices.
• Understanding of process engineering principles.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Availability for shift work, including a 4-shift pattern, with flexible scheduling.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
