Senior SAP PLM Consultant

Fusion Consulting AG seeks a Senior SAP PLM Consultant to lead PLM integration within a global S/4HANA transformation, focusing on design, data architecture, and process alignment.

The company is looking for an expert to steer the Product Lifecycle Management workstream for a major SAP S/4HANA program. This role centers on designing and implementing PLM processes during the template build phase, ensuring tight integration with SAP ERP and alignment with the broader master data and solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of PLM integration into the target ERP and master data architecture.
• Evaluate existing product, material, and BOM data flows between PLM and ERP systems.
• Establish principles for system-of-record designation and data ownership.
• Coordinate lifecycle status management, version control, and engineering change processes with other workstreams.
• Address PLM-specific risks, topics, and cross-stream dependencies during template build and rollout.
• Prepare PLM-related content for design documentation and management sign-off materials.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP PLM, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP ERP.
• Knowledge of PLM integration and master data architecture.
• Understanding of BOM data flows and engineering change processes.
