SAP EWM Functional Consultant

Fusion Consulting AG seeks a Senior SAP EWM Functional Consultant for a remote role to support a global S/4HANA transformation in the pharmaceutical sector.

This position plays a key part in a worldwide SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative within the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering robust SAP EWM solutions, ensuring they meet the strict demands of regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy SAP EWM solutions that align with specific business and technical needs.
• Set up core EWM modules such as inbound and outbound processing, internal warehouse operations, inventory management, physical inventory checks, and warehouse monitoring.
• Create functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on custom developments, system interfaces, and enhancements.
• Facilitate integrations between SAP EWM and related systems like SAP MM, SD, PP, and TM.
• Lead or support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.
• Diagnose functional issues, conduct root cause analysis, and propose lasting solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation and ensure adherence to project standards and validation protocols.
• Work with global project teams to deliver SAP S/4HANA warehouse solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an SAP EWM Functional Consultant.
• Proven hands-on configuration skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse processes.
• Demonstrated success in delivering SAP EWM solutions in regulated environments.
