Sn Manager Process Integration

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Process Integration Manager in Zug to lead end-to-end business process mapping and ERP integration within the Transcend global transformation program.

This position supports the Transcend global business transformation initiative, which aims to modernize transactional workflows and unify them into a single ERP system. The incumbent is responsible for driving the integration of processes and capabilities across supply chain functions, ensuring that solutions effectively support end-to-end business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end business process mapping, scenario definition, integration, and design compliance across affected functions.
  • Assist in the creation, upkeep, and enforcement of the Global ERP Template and program methodologies.
  • Guarantee that key processes are designed, documented, and deployed efficiently within established timelines and scope.
  • Guide the program team in mapping business needs to appropriate solutions.
  • Chair Design Authority Meetings to identify and mitigate design risks.
  • Collaborate with global Supply Chain experts to design, develop, and improve global processes and integration points.
  • Implement process design methodologies, including templates, tools, controls, and schedules.
  • Manage cross-program process design interdependencies by coordinating with partners to implement controls and risk mitigations.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of business simulations, validation, and readiness activities.
  • Prepare and present program updates to senior stakeholders within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least eight years of relevant professional experience.
  • Progressive leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong background in business process design, engineering, or optimization.
  • Proven track record in project delivery, including managing timelines and milestones in complex environments.
  • Experience working in global system environments and with large-scale SAP ERP projects.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build relationships with senior business stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and govern cross-functional decision-making bodies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

  • Certifications such as PMP, FPX, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma, or Process Excellence.
  • Experience designing, developing, and leading operational technological processes in a global organization.
  • Background in Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries.
  • People management and development experience.
