Sr Business Analyst

Richemont seeks a Senior Business Analyst in Bellevue, CH to deliver strategic insights, build performance tools, and support executive decision-making through advanced analytics and data visualization.

This position provides comprehensive insights that guide Group-level reviews, track performance, and inform strategic direction. The role demands a blend of analytical precision and business understanding, with the capacity to focus on high-impact areas and examine details when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing and special analysis projects aligned with Group Management priorities and emerging business questions.
• Create, deploy, and upkeep analytical tools to track Group performance across critical business drivers.
• Convert intricate data sets into actionable insights for executive stakeholders, providing clear recommendations and compelling presentations.
• Foster data-driven choices within Group Finance and Maison teams by merging analytical expertise with business storytelling.
• Partner with cross-functional groups, including F&A and regional finance teams, to ensure insights align with business goals.
• Help advance the team's reporting and analytics capabilities during the shift to GCP and Looker.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in business analysis, FP&A, or a comparable analytical position.
• Demonstrated business acumen and a history of linking analytical results to tangible decisions.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in designing, modeling, and developing reporting dashboards and complex analytics, including automating data visualization solutions.
• Fluent English is required.

• French language skills are advantageous.
