Senior Operations Controller (H/F)

The company seeks a Senior Operations Controller in Geneva to act as a strategic finance partner for Operations departments, reporting to the Operations Performance Controlling Senior Manager.

This position serves as a strategic finance partner for various Operations departments, including Stones, Purchasing, Innovation, and Logistics. The role reports directly to the Operations Performance Controlling Senior Manager and focuses on providing financial guidance and analysis to support departmental goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a financial business partner for Operations divisions such as Stones, Purchasing, Innovation, and Logistics.
• Generate and evaluate consolidated financial reports for Operations units.
• Maintain the accuracy and ownership of financial data.
• Provide detailed analysis on performance metrics, emerging trends, and potential risks.
• Aggregate all financial data pertaining to Operations and Métiers.
• Improve data quality and contribute to refining data collection procedures.
• Help create a 'control tower' perspective for the Operations & Métiers division.
• Set up, grow, and manage the controlling function for the Customer Service division.
• Design and execute financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for Customer Service.
• Analyze Customer Service financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic decisions.
• Define and track KPIs for Customer Service to ensure financial targets are met.
• Establish, develop, and manage the controlling of O&M Real Estate costs.

Requirements

• Possess a strong and relevant financial background.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and act as a business partner.
• Show a team player attitude and enjoy working with diverse teams.
• Be proactive, agile, and willing to propose solutions in a challenging and innovative environment.
• Be structured, rigorous, problem-solving oriented, and have good analytical skills.
• Have good IT knowledge (Excel and PowerPoint, BI).
• Speak French & English fluently
