Senior FP&A Controller (F/M)

The company seeks a Senior FP&A Controller in Geneva to manage global workforce cost forecasting, reporting, and business partnering within a High Jewelry Maison.

This position operates within a prestigious High Jewelry Maison, contributing to the development and transmission of expertise in a creative environment. The role supports a career-focused recruitment strategy, placing employee development at the center of its ambitions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the global consolidation of full-time equivalents and personnel expenses for quarterly rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and three-year strategic plans.
• Collaborate with headquarters, group finance, and regional teams to ensure precise planning and reporting.
• Evaluate monthly reporting data against targets and establish controlling key performance indicators.
• Input data into internal financial systems and share group financial guidelines related to headcount with HR partners.
• Contribute to the enhancement of the Maison's dashboards, workflows, and analytical tools.
• Monitor how changes to compensation structures affect financial outcomes.
• Serve as the primary owner of key performance indicators and bonus simulations.
• Act as a financial business partner for a designated region, managing financial cycles, investment requests, and assessing business risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• Possess a solid and relevant financial background.
• Demonstrate a strong interest and understanding of human resources topics.
• Exhibit excellent communication abilities and a collaborative team mindset.
• Be proactive, agile, and capable of proposing solutions in a challenging and innovative setting.
• Show structured, rigorous, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Have good IT knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Show interest in new financial tools.
• Be fluent in French and English.
