Richemont seeks a Senior Europe FP&A Controller in Meyrin to manage financial planning, consolidation, and analysis for its luxury Maison brands across the European region.

This position serves as a central financial partner for the Europe Maison Management and Finance teams, supporting business operations and strategic decision-making. The role is responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the entire Europe region for one or two defined Maison brands, as well as the wholesale business. Based in Meyrin, Geneva, the incumbent reports directly to the Europe FP&A Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate financial statements for European markets to report to both Maison Headquarters and European Management.
  • Conduct analytical reviews comparing actual performance against forecasts, collaborating with stakeholders to address deviations and provide business commentary.
  • Review, consolidate, and challenge financial figures to ensure Maison forecasts align with regional and brand-level targets.
  • Present the annual budget to the Maison Executive Committee alongside Europe Management.
  • Coordinate the consolidation of Profit & Loss and Cash Flow items for a specific scope of Maison brands.
  • Update budget figures following quarterly reviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicate forecasts and gap analysis reports to Maison Headquarters.
  • Perform analytical reviews on P&L and Cash Flow items for defined Maison scopes, reporting results with commentary to Headquarters.
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting frameworks to proactively support decision-making processes.
  • Support the management reporting process by uploading and reconciling actual monthly results into the system for consolidation.
  • Execute various checks and corrections to ensure accurate financial closing in compliance with IFRS standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement of business processes to enhance organizational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of five years of confirmed experience in Finance, including FP&A, controlling, or audit roles.
  • Fluent proficiency in English.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to perform financial and analytical tasks using relevant tools.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience within the luxury industry.
  • Proficiency in additional languages beyond English.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Business Warehouse systems.
  • Skills in automation and digital tools.
