Senior FP&A Controller (F/M)

Roger Dubuis seeks a Senior FP&A Controller in Geneva to manage global HR and FTE financial consolidation, support a specific region, and drive strategic financial planning within a luxury jewelry context.

Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, this position operates within a career-focused environment at a High Jewelry Maison that prioritizes employee growth. The role is tasked with overseeing worldwide HR and FTE consolidation and analysis while serving as a dedicated financial partner for one specific geographic region.

Responsibilities

• Manage the global consolidation of full-time equivalents and personnel expenses for quarterly rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and three-year strategic plans.
• Collaborate with the HQ team, Group Finance, and regional departments to ensure precise planning and reporting standards.
• Evaluate monthly reporting data against targets and establish key controlling indicators.
• Input data into Richemont financial systems and disseminate Group Financial guidelines related to FTEs to HR counterparts.
• Assess how changes in remuneration structures impact financial outcomes.
• Serve as the primary owner for key performance indicators and bonus simulations.
• Act as the main financial business partner for a designated region, handling all financial cycles, investment requests, and risk or opportunity assessments.

Requirements

• Possess a strong and relevant background in finance.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding and genuine interest in human resources matters.
• Exhibit excellent communication abilities and a collaborative team spirit.
• Be structured, rigorous, and oriented toward problem-solving with strong analytical capabilities.
• Have proficient IT skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Be fluent in both French and English.
