Senior Operations Controller (H/F)

Roger Dubuis seeks a Senior Operations Controller in Geneva to serve as a strategic finance partner for operations and customer service divisions, ensuring data integrity and driving performance analysis.

This position acts as a strategic financial partner for the Operations departments, reporting directly to the Operations Performance Controlling Senior Manager. The role is responsible for establishing and leading the controlling function for the Customer Service division and managing real estate costs, while also serving as the primary contact for indirect purchases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the financial business partner for various operational units, including stones, purchasing, innovation, and logistics.
• Generate and analyze consolidated financial reports for the Operations and Métiers departments.
• Guarantee the accuracy, reliability, and ownership of all financial data.
• Provide deep insights into performance metrics, emerging trends, and potential risks.
• Consolidate all financial information related to the Operations & Métiers department.
• Improve data quality and participate in enhancing data collection processes.
• Help create a comprehensive 'control tower' view for the Operations & Métiers department.
• Establish, develop, and lead the controlling function for the Customer Service division.
• Define and implement financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes tailored to Customer Service.
• Analyze Customer Service performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic decision-making.
• Define and monitor KPIs for Customer Service to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Establish, develop, and lead the controlling of the O&M Real Estate costs.
• Act as the single point of contact for Indirect Purchases for both VCA and Group Controlling.
• Drive reporting improvements and automation initiatives.
• Participate in the deployment of reporting tools such as Looker and dashboards.
• Anticipate business needs and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Strong and relevant financial background.
• Excellent communication skills and team player attitude.
• Structured, rigorous, problem-solving oriented with good analytical skills.
• Good IT knowledge (Excel and PowerPoint, BI).
• Fluent in French and English.
