Lindt & Sprüngli seeks a Senior Corporate Controller for Operations in Kilchberg. This role partners with International Operations to manage COGS, investments, and financial planning for the global group.
This position serves as a strategic financial partner for International Operations, taking ownership of COGS and investment management for the Lindt & Sprüngli Group. The role provides high visibility with Group Management and subsidiary leaders, offering a pathway for international mobility for ambitious candidates.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate investment proposals from subsidiaries regarding financial viability and risk, presenting recommendations to Group Management.
- Oversee the achievement of group investment targets and assess completed projects.
- Act as a financial sparring partner for group and local operations teams.
- Manage performance for selected subsidiaries, tracking deviations and identifying risks early.
- Participate in planning meetings, business reviews, and year-end reviews.
- Lead COGS and ICP forecasting and planning cycles, including general planning administration at the group level.
- Analyze and report on Manufacturing P&L, production metrics, costs, and distribution expenses during monthly closings and planning cycles.
- Compile the annual Manufacturing P&L report.
- Ensure standardized S4FARI operations templates align with the Finance Manual.
- Serve as Finance stream lead or support in group and regional operations projects.
- Manage Fitness Reporting accountability.
- Co-lead initiatives with Industrial Performance to reduce conversion costs.
- Co-lead COGP benchmark analysis across subsidiaries and initiate cost-saving projects.
- Maintain content responsibility for Manufacturing, COGS, Distribution expenses, and Investment procedures in the Finance Manual.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain Controlling.
- Fluency in English.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong interest in IT and business software.
