The firm is looking for a Corporate Controller to join its central team of seven specialists. The position focuses on supporting daily operations and partnering with finance colleagues across global offices to enhance business functions. A key objective is to help the organization transition toward a more advanced, AI-supported working environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analyses, such as comparing budgeted figures against actual results and reconciling monthly management fees.
- Develop regular and ad-hoc reports, detailed investigations, and scenario evaluations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Assist with the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle, covering preparation, review, and execution phases.
- Improve management reporting by ensuring it remains relevant, user-friendly, and increasingly automated.
- Help shift the controlling team toward an AI-driven workflow.
- Review and simplify current operational processes.
- Utilize automation, analytics, and AI tools to boost efficiency and the quality of insights.
- Work with IT and business units to create and deploy modern, data-centric solutions.
Requirements
- Hold a university degree or equivalent qualification in finance, economics, or information technology.
- Possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably in asset management or financial advisory.
- Demonstrate excellent English communication abilities.
- Show advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and a strong grasp of the broader Microsoft 365 suite.
- Have experience working with databases or multidimensional cubes and building scalable reporting tools like PowerBI.
- Display a strong analytical approach, problem-solving capabilities, and a drive to convert data into actionable recommendations.
- Work independently with a structured, results-oriented mindset.

- Background in financial accounting or reporting software.
