Statistician, Real World Solutions

IQVIA AG seeks a mid-level Statistician for Real World Solutions to conduct RWE data analysis, manage study design, and execute statistical programming using SQL, SAS, and R.

This position focuses on generating Real-World Evidence through rigorous data analysis. The statistician collaborates with internal teams, data partners, and sponsors to shape study designs, prepare databases, and perform statistical evaluations that drive client insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to draft analysis plans, generate statistical reports, and validate analytical results.
• Execute data preparation tasks utilizing SQL, SAS, and R programming languages.
• Apply statistical methodologies to address client needs, derive conclusions from study data, and compile written summaries of findings.
• Manage projects with defined scopes, adhering to established procedures and practices.

Requirements

• Hold a Master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline.
• Possess 2 to 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, data engineering, or similar areas.
• Demonstrate strong programming proficiency in SQL, R, and SAS.
• Apply technical expertise in statistical testing, regression analysis, sampling techniques, and propensity modeling.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, logical reasoning, and effective communication skills.
