Fieldwork Support

IQVIA AG seeks a Mid-level Fieldwork Support professional in Switzerland to coordinate primary market research activities, ensuring data quality and timeline adherence for B2B medical projects.

The company is looking for a professional to manage the operational side of primary market research projects. This role focuses on coordinating daily fieldwork, supporting interviewers, and ensuring that data collection meets strict quality standards and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fieldwork operations across multiple projects.
• Help onboard and train field investigators and interviewers.
• Assign survey tasks and monitor the progress of interviewers.
• Track fieldwork status and report any issues to supervisors.
• Ensure all activities follow established sampling plans and guidelines.
• Perform quality assurance checks, including spot checks and validation calls.
• Keep fieldwork trackers, schedules, and documentation up to date.
• Manage logistics such as interview scheduling, permissions, and material distribution.
• Provide remote or on-site support to field teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• At least three years of experience in medical market research, specifically in outbound B2B contexts involving telephone or in-person interviews with physicians or medical staff.
• Strong proficiency with Windows applications, including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
• Excellent oral communication and persuasive skills.
• Solid analytical capabilities.
