Store Design and Planning Project Manager - HQ

Richemont seeks a Senior Store Design and Planning Project Manager in Plan-les-Ouates for a hybrid, part-time role. The position leads architectural design for luxury retail spaces and guides regional teams.

This position acts as the central architectural authority for the global retail network, blending creative design with strategic project management. The role is responsible for directing regional project managers to ensure that all retail environments strictly adhere to brand architectural standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete design lifecycle for Piaget Flagships, Boutiques, and Shop-in-Shops, from initial concept to final approval.
• Coordinate and manage external design partners, including architects, lighting specialists, and 3D visualization artists.
• Act as the primary Design Authority for the region, providing guidance and oversight to Regional Project Managers.
• Review and validate architectural proposals and shop drawings to guarantee compliance with global store design guidelines.
• Drive strategic flagship and retail projects from the conceptual phase through design validation.
• Investigate and incorporate emerging architectural trends, luxury retail concepts, materials, and technologies.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Retail, Partner Network, Visual Merchandising, and Content departments.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Retail Design.
• Minimum of 7 years of specific experience in luxury Store Design and Planning.
• Demonstrated success in leading flagship retail projects and premium architectural developments for luxury or international premium brands.
• Professional fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
