The University of St.Gallen seeks a Master's student to assist the Student Mobility Services team with short-term programme coordination, content creation, and administrative support in a hybrid role.
This position is embedded within the University of St.Gallen, a premier European institution for economics and business. The role directly supports the Student Mobility Services team, which is dedicated to facilitating exchange opportunities for students at HSG.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and daily management of short-term academic programmes.
- Prepare and maintain programme documentation, including schedules, student handbooks, and informational materials for faculty and students.
- Handle administrative tasks and logistical arrangements for events and visits.
- Facilitate communication between students and faculty as required.
- Develop content for programme communications and social media channels.
- Accompany company visits and other programme activities when necessary.
- Manage website content updates, ensuring a seamless user experience and adherence to brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a Master’s programme at the University of St.Gallen.
- Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort working in an international and dynamic setting.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a small team.
- Very good proficiency in both English and German.
Nice to have
- Prior work experience, particularly within a university setting.
