Richemont seeks an Intern for its Group Sustainability team in Bellevue, CH, to support Non-Financial Reporting Framework consolidation and continuous improvement.
This internship is embedded within the Group Sustainability team, with a specific focus on consolidating and integrating the Non-Financial Reporting Framework. The position aims to oversee this framework while actively supporting its ongoing enhancement and alignment with global standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in refining the Non-Financial Reporting Framework to ensure it aligns with GRI standards and other relevant guidelines.
- Help conduct gap assessments for ESRS and assist in developing formal plans for necessary improvements.
- Review GRI disclosures critically and maintain essential documentation, such as the GRI Index and Basis of Preparation.
- Analyze regulatory updates, including CSRD requirements, and perform benchmarking analyses.
- Work with cross-functional departments to guarantee that reporting is accurate and submitted on time.
- Collect and analyze non-financial data, performing quality checks to ensure completeness and precision.
- Contribute to enhancing reporting processes and tools, including the adoption of digital solutions.
Requirements
- Hold a Master’s degree in Sustainability, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrate fluent proficiency in English.
- Possess working knowledge of GRI, CSRD, ESRS, and EU Taxonomy frameworks.
- Be proficient in Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Word.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in corporate sustainability is preferred.
- Good command of the French language is advantageous.
- Previous exposure to the luxury industry is considered a plus.
- Experience participating in multi-stakeholder initiatives, whether during university or elsewhere, is valued.
